  1. unjury is good! Especially with 1/2 frozen banana. Walmart has good banana protien shake for less than $20 and is REALLY GOOD. The injury can be put in Soups too just keep temp down, as instructed. You need a good support team. I used to eat when bored and stressed, but am replacing food with walk, or other types of cardio ie treadmill "hill", or bands. When hungry, drink Water or Protein shakes. Follow drs. Orders on when to do liquods, pureed and solids. We THINK we know our bodies and wamt to give it what WE think it needs or what its TORTURING us into thinking it needs....but if we really knew our bodies, some of us would not have felt we needed the surgery to be healthy. I am praying for you and am sorry you had bad experience and are feeling so down. Sent from my SM-J700T1 using the BariatricPal App
  2. I promise there will be others feeling the same way. After surgery, DO walk the halls good for your recovery, its dr.s orders, and gives you the chance to visit with others. Encourage one another. Sent from my SM-J700T1 using the BariatricPal App

  12. You need to see the dr. My experience is very similar but my lower stomach started "bruising" a week after surgery and the pain was getting worse. I had a low grade temp. I went to dr. and found out I had a staph infection. Ues this was the whole they pulled my stomach out of. My belly was full of infection, tho my incision site, at first, didn't show signs of infection. I wouldn't wait any longer. This could be serious. I was on abt therapy for three weeks longer. A stronger dose, and boy once the infection started healing, I felt likea totally different person! Keep in touch, let us know jow your doing. Sent from my SM-J700T1 using the BariatricPal App

  15. Dont stock up too much especially on dated foods, ie yogurt. I stocked up and threw much of it away. Also once I started back on foods, I didnt want to drink broth mix I bought through bariatric site. I wasted alot of money. Plus you won't be as hungry as you once were and can't eat much at all. Good luck and God bless! Sent from my SM-J700T1 using the BariatricPal App
