I have 3 boys from teenager to 10, I'm only 5 weeks post op but I'm so much happier, I feel great and had no complications which I'm sure made it alot easier. I also had a hernia repair. Everyone is different but I believe it's how you make yourself feel so if you have a great attitude about the surgery your emotions will be great if there is any doubts then you might be emotional. The only day I got emotional is when I saw a weight loss of 27 pounds in 4 weeks that's when I was emotional and that was excitement emotional.
