Did you find it challenging? I'm suppose to start on Monday a little nervous about eating and what to purée.

Was your surgery recent?? If I can lose 10 a month I think that is average. People lose like 50 the first 3 months it's crazy the stories I read on here

I know they say it slows down, I read it's usually the 3 week mark. I see the Dr. On Monday I'm not sure what the rate of weight loss is that they expect, and ideas what's the norm? Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App
