Hello, I'm a little late to the thread, but hope to get a response if possible. For the 3 months of medically supervized dieting, does that have to be completed right before surgery or could you have taken part in a medical program two years prior to seeing insurance approval? Also, what constitutes "medically supervized?" Does going to a weightloss psychologist count? Thanks for any insight or guidance!
