Hi! I was sleeved on 11/3 and I had the same question as there are quite a bit of holiday parties going on this time of year. My NUT said I can have alcohol in stage 3, so that would have been about 5 weeks post surgery, but to be mindful of sugary drinks and empty calories. I've had two glasses of wine on two different occasions, slow sips, seemed to take a while just to get through one. I didn't have any ill effects or anything. I also drank a lot of Water that night and the next day.

Mine said should never again, but wait at least one year. I like rum and Diet Coke no more Diet Coke

I was told 9 weeks, only 1 drink per day and nothing with bubbles.

Definitely wait until your surgeon clears you.
You may also ask your surgeon about modifying your squat in the meantime.
Walking is a great exercise until you are cleared for something more intense.
Personally, swimming is my exercise of choice. I was cleared to get in the Water about four weeks post-op.

I'm going to buy one of those butt lift Spanx type shape wear and it will come off when I bathe. I'm going to make this butt behave ????????????

I know this may sound silly to some. But I love my butt. I know she and I have to part ways after surgery somewhat ???? But I'm trying to keep some of her with me always. Squats improve this chance of having a nice bottom so I'm trying to figure out how long before one can do squats considering squats aren't a strenuous exercise. I know I'm gonna have to ask the doctor but I'm just wondering if my sleeve buddies out there can help me figure this one out.
