I survived the two week liquid diet and lost 20lbs.. My surgery is this morning. I have to be there at 5:30am and surgery is at 7:30am...his first of the day. I am so thankful that I found these forums a short time ago. I actually feel prepared. I'm not worried, just excited. God has got me in the palms of His hands. I'm just going to enjoy my nap and deal with everything else as it comes. I'll check back in when I can. For those of you at the beginning of your journey...hang in there. Your time is coming!!

100 lbs, gone forever. I still have 5 months til the end of my 12 month loss grace period. Really looking forward to seeing how far my sleeve can help me go!

Surgery went well yesterday. Still sore and a little nauseous. Hopefully it gets better so I can go home today. One of my incision is very indented almost looks like I have a second belly button and that spots hurts the worse . Hope everyone elses' surgeris went well yesterday and good luck to all those comin up

Hello and good luck to everyone!
My surgery is on December 14. I met with my surgeon today and he said I did not have to do a pre-op diet, because I've lost 20 lbs since he saw me a month ago.
He said I just needed to do liquids only, the day before surgery.
Don't look back, turn the page, and let your next chapter begin!
