For breakfast I usually do a Premier Protein shake.< br>For a snack I'll do some cheese and a two or three slices of fruit.< br>For lunch I alternate between chicken breast and tuna. I'll then so a small amount of veggies.
For a snack I usually do some nuts.
For dinner I will do chicken breast, tuna, or some ground beef and a small amount of veggies.
Protein is 2.5 to 3 oz. Veggies 1 to 2 oz.

I am 10 months out and I am an exercise beast at this point. I work out for an hour a day, 6 days a week and M-F, I walk a mile on break at work. On my "rest" day , I am generally still active. I gat anywhere from 12K-24K steps a day.
I'm working on bumping up my calories because I am in one helluva stall. I eat about 1200-1400 calories per day
Post workout - Premier Protein shake
    Breakfast 1/2 cottage cheese
Morning snack P3 Turkey, Ham, and Cheddar
lunch 2-4 oz of meat with veggies and/or a low carb snack
    Snack - String Cheese
dinner 2-4oz of meat with veggies and a low carb starch.
That sums up about everyday in my world.

I feel like somewhere between 6 and 9 months it isn't about the sleeve. It is about you. At 6 months for me, it was like a switch flipped and I was fully healed and I felt it. I could/can eat whatever. So I have to make good choices and be mindful. I don't think it gets harder, to me it is easier because I can eat more and meet my Protein goals and fuel workouts but from 6 months on, it is you, not your sleeve.
I see you are at a healthy BMI, congrats!

Weight loss is achieved during the short weight loss phase through meal volume control. The two operative words here are short and volume. So if you want to maximize your weight loss during this phase, you need to adhere to the program guidelines. I slid into the maintenance phase at 7 months. After surgery, I was restricted to 3 meals per day. But you are consuming 6. So that might be the root cause.
As far as hungry all the time - after my RNY gastric bypass surgery, I completely lost my hunger. It was not difficult to lose weight when hunger is not constantly continually gnawing at my bones. But after about a year the hunger returned. Not like before surgery, because it was less intense. There are two different phases to weight loss surgery, these are the weight loss phase and the maintenance phase. I slid into the maintenance phase at around 7 months post op, but this can vary by individual. The approach in maintenance phase is very different than in the weight loss phase. I was suffering. I'm sure everyone here knows what I mean. I could not really do to much of anything. I was in pain all the time and I was afraid to sleep because of my sleep apnea. After 8-9 years of research and many sad attempts at dieting, I said that's enough. I wanted a life I could actually live. For my daughter and myself I went for it and there is not a day that goes by that I am not grateful. Is it easy? Heck no. But I have made some amazing life changes that saved my life! Oh how I wish I had done it sooner. My story really isn't very different from anybody else's here but that's what makes it extra cool I'm part of the losing team and I love it

    There is a website: twofoods.com

You can search and compare foods' nutrient contents.

Tuna has roughly 1.5 times the Protein, by weight, as turkey lunch meat. This means to get the same nutrition, you have to eat more turkey. Since the volume is a problem, that is why we talk about choosing nutrient dense foods.

Turkey lunch meat has about 17g of protein in a 3.5 ounce serving. If that was your source of protein for the day, you would need 3.5 meals of just turkey to meet your minimum protein requirement.

Tuna has 25g in 3.5 ounces, which means you would meet the requirement in 2.5 meals... leaving some room in your day for something else!

But, from these examples, you can see why Cereal has to be reserved for a last meal when your protein requirement has already been met for the day. (If you choose to eat it at all).

Hi. I'm a July sleever too. I was sleeved July 11th 2016. I hit a major weightloss stall in the beginning of December. It was so depressing because I was doing everything right but the scale wasn't moving.
I was finally able to get it moving again. I did the five day pouch test and egg diet. Started doing more intense works and pushing myself. The weight finally started coming off.
Remember to do measurements to cause alot of time the scales isn't moving but the inches are falling off.
Just remember stalls and plateaus are very normal. It's your body playing catch up from you losing all this weight.
Not everyone losing the same amount of weight. Remember this is your journey. You got this and keep your head up. Congrats on your weightloss. That's alot of weight. You should be very proud of yourself.

I hit a 5 week plateau at the six month mark as well and upped my calories, Protein, and Water, I've started losing again but it's slower than during the first 6 months. I eat on average 1100 calories a day. Keep at it, you can do this!

He's lowering your expectations by giving you the expected average weightloss. However, not everyone falls in the average zone.
That being said, I think 700-800 calories is too low for that amount of activity..

I was sleeved in October 2016. I've not had any major stalls...But know that time is coming soon. Change up your things you're eating...Be careful with portions and add maybe 15 minutes a day to your exercise.....Walk..Drink more liquids and make sure you're Protein levels are being reached. Just like we did when we first had the surgery :). Mine has slowed down...But not completely stopped....Not looking forward to that day.. :/ sending you lots of wishes for continued success!!

Since you are working out so much, you need to go up on your Protein intake to close to 100 grams a day. That should help you drop the weight as well as being SURE to get over your 64 ounces of liquids a day.... you need to increase there too.
Also, don't know if you are tracking carbs or not, but myfitnesspal is a wonderful tool for tracking carbs, calories, protein, etc.
It could be that your carb intake is too high and that can always contribute to why you aren't losing.
In addition, if you are exercising a lot, you may need to increase your caloric intake. You may actually be not eating enough.
