  1. i've never used a lot of these ingredients and was wondering if they really were close to the foods they are representing.. like squash for spaghetti and cauliflower (sp) for potatoes. I'd like to try these recipes but they have to be close enough to fool my overly picky husband.. can any tell me if they really do resemble the other foods?
  2. The Banquet frozen crockpot meals are good, I just avoid the breading in the dumplings and focus on meat but my husband loves them so they are really easy to fix.
  3. what does the squash taste like? my husband and i are extremely picky.. does it have a strong taste?
  4. thanks for the advice! i feel like a total wuss. everyone i talked to that had it done said they didn't even need their pain meds and were fine the next day and that's not the case with me at all. i'm incredibly sore. oh and i called the doctor and he said warm rather than cold liquids would help my throat and it really does.
  5. I was banded this morning just curious if anyone else's throat swelled up when you ate and how long that lasted. It's pretty uncomfortable. Also how long did the gas last for everyone? I tried to get up and walk but my incisions are too sore for that. Hope it goes away on it's own. Thanks! :confused2:
