Great job regardless which surgery you had. You look fantastic!!!Didn't notice the other day that this was the sleeve site, so let me say goodbye now , because I have the band but great to all on your WLS journey.

I just uninstalled/reinstalled the app thinking that would maybe do the trick, but nada.
Those are the only options I have as well. Notifications used to be right above or under Messages.
Is the notification tab supposed to be in drop down menu? I still don't have it. Screenshot_2016-02-27-12-30-35.pngNotifications are now working 100%

I'm trying to kind of sneak this in without my work knowing about it, because it's highly personal and I don't feel that it's any of their business.
@@kris10bsmith@yahoo.com how did you handle the work thing? This is the position I am in, and not sure what I am going to do. I don't want to tell everyone at work about this personal decision, but I do plan on taking a few weeks off of work, so the questions are going to come up.

Some of the people I work with are nosey know it alls. I know I will be judged and hear (most will probably be behind my back tho I'm sure) their uneducated comments and unsolicited advise. I am just finishing up month 2 of my 6 month pre op wait game to get my band out and get a sleeve revision. I originally thought that I was going to say to hell with them, and tell everyone. But the more I think about it, I think I'm going to keep my mouth shut. I only told a couple people about my original band surgery, but am pretty sure it got out there to those I didn't want to know. I was not successful with the band, all the more reason why I want to keep this one quiet. My only issue is how am I going to account for being off work for approximately a month. I know I don't have to tell them anything, but I know the "general conversation" questions will be there and I'd like to have another excuse to use.

I'm on android and can't seem to find where my notifications are. It used to be on the left sidebar, but now that isn't one of the options to choose.

I had mine yesterday. Some of those true/false questions literally made me LOL!!
For me, she asked me to tell her about myself. She wanted to know what methods I had tried to lose weight before and what I eat throughout the course of a normal day. Asked what my plans were for making sure I was successful after surgery. Asked if I had a support system. Asked what things might trip me up after surgery. Then I had to take a 300 +/- question true or false personality test. What is this like?

I LOVE BD's! I was just thinking the other day how that will be a good "go to" for nights out!

My 2 week pre-op liquid diet starts on 2/12...That's THIS WEEK! Holy cow! I'm preparing. I have some of the meal replacement Soups and shakes and I'm building up to it. I'll be ready come Friday to do those 5 shakes/soups per day for the next 2 weeks. Oh, it will be HARD. Yes, it will. But I can do it!
I'm ready for this.I'm so ready.
