Terrified
Thank you lipsticklady. I think some of you advice will be very helpful. I think the teeth brushing/listerine and/or listerine strips sounds like it may help me. Having that taste in my mouth my detour me from eating some right after that. Again thank you! Sent from my SM-G935P using the BariatricPal App I agree with @@LipstickLady about the being bored thing.. I realized that about myself.. I'd find myself wanting something to eat, and when I consciously thought about it I realized I was just bored.. I love doing adult coloring books, that helps, I also crochet rag rugs.. Just another thought Munky

Don't feel the limitations that I believe I should.
I'm just concerned where you said after you had the band removed " you ate like it was going out of style" for the 2 months till VSG.. Which makes me feel like you really haven't wrapped your head around the changes you have to make and not just count on the sleeve to do all the work.. I hope you're able to take the tool and work it it to get where you want to be! Munky

But yeah, I'm hoping(pretty sure) get the weight off will help the joints lots, but this pain that radiates down my leg I think is an issue getting worse in my spine.. But I know without this surgery I might as well be taken out to pasture n shot.. That's where I'm at Munky

Couldn't your daughter and/or her BF's family lend you a small cooler for your stay there? Or you could even perhaps pick up a cheap styrofome(sp?) one Munky
