I had the musclemilk coffee house yesterday and it tasted a lot like a latte with no after taste. Try those.

I was put on a pre op shake diet for two weeks. A coworker suggested muscle milk lite for my diet. It's working but tastes horrid after drinking it. Any suggestions for some half decent tasting shakes that I don't have to gag to drink?
