xoxococojay got a reaction from ProudGrammy in Breast reduction- did anyone get one after surgery? If so why?
I totally forgot that i even made this post lol, it’s one of my older ones. Now that’s it’s been some time i am definitely not getting a reduction, i love big boobs. I’ll probably just have a lift later on, but right now they look fine.

Wow your boobs look great after weight loss. I hope mines still look good too afterwards. Although you plan to reduce them. You will be just fine if you move to Miami or LA . 👍

Aww you guys are so awesome! I love this group.

It’s been months since i posted this....after weighing my options, i’ve decided against a reduction. I really don’t need it. I personally would feel weird with smaller boobs, i’m so used to having them and they’re still perky. Unfortunately even now, i still haven’t lost weight in that area, just obviously my band size is considerably smaller. Also i don’t have back issues so my insurance probably would not cover a reduction in my case anyway. I think i’m just going to continue with weight training and focus on body composition and then go from there.

How long was your recovery time? Did they do a lift also?

Yeah that's definitely my family too. Everyone in my family has large breasts too, ranging from FF -J cups. Some had breast reductions but due to back pain. They were all also smaller in frame. I haven't talked to them about it, maybe i should.

I had my breast reduction in January 2017, before I decided on having gastric bypass. I went from an H to a D cup. I wish I had done it 10 years prior. I had IMMEDIATE back and ribcage relief. I could BREATHE easier. I became like an inch taller! lol. Honestly, if I was allowed, I would have had them take them off entirely. They've caused me nothing but pain my entire life. They removed EIGHT POUNDS of fat.
I am scared that I am going to now have gastric and they will shrink and get saggy again, but what can ya' do.

Same here. I saw this lady breast feeding her kid and someone else asked her how old the little boy was, she said something like 44 months or something like that. My jaw dropped.

When you y’all stop counting the post op months? If i see one more post saying i’m 28 months out or 42 months out im going cry...that’s just to much damn math 😂😂😂😂. View it like a baby- start using years now because nobody cares about those extra 3 months lol. ***end rant 😭

xoxococojay got a reaction from MargoCL in Has anyone tried Orange theory?
I can answer that for you. It’s a class not a gym, so you’re guided through each workout with your trainer. It’s broken down into 3 circuts or blocks. Like one circuit might involve tradmills or rowing machines, the next circuit might involve weights, the next might involve plymetrics and body weight movements etc. and you rotate throughout each. Everyone that has done it, loves it and it is intense. The trainers are friendly, it’s not designed to be like bootcamp per sei.

They put one inside my building so i was considering it. But even after my military discount it’s $169 per month in my area. Lifetime fitness has way more to offer for less money and out of the thousands of classes they offer each week, they have an orange theory equivalent class complete with heart rate monitors too. So i just joined that instead, it’s way cheaper.

We have one opening up soon. What is it about? I mean like...what makes it different than any other gym?

To be honest I thought it was a juicing place at first [emoji23]

Usually because you’re full but in her case because it’s to soon for her to be eating anyway, it could also be a texture thing. Like maybe the bite was to big or maybe the food was to dry or dense. Everyone goes through this, it’s not a big deal, just a reminder to be careful going forward.

You do realize this happens to everyone right?? That’s what you signed up for- it’s restriction.

Just keep doing you and focus on your progress. The pitty party thing won’t help you in the long run so don’t worry about what naturally thin people get to do, it doesn’t matter. They don’t think about food like that. Just keep on pushing through and things will get easier as you continue to adjust. Focus more on how far you’ve come in your journey as a whole.
