I am on day 2 of the diet. Yesterday was hard. I realized I did a lot of eating out of biredum. Scheduled for surgery on the 24th. Day after my birthday. Great gift!

I have surgery on the 25. Day after my birthday. I start the pre op diet tomorrow which is 4 Protein shakes a day,64 ounces of Water and sf Jello or broth up to five times a day and one 300 calorie meal at lunch.
