  2. Grilled chicken in a bag. I used Kirkwood. Was so light on my sleeve and it's very moist. Put that in the food processor. Weigh it out and add hummus or ricotta cheese... that was key for me on pureed foods. And eggs. Experiment.
  3. I'm so happy now that I'm like 5 weeks out and I get it now... like jersey jules said in a video and I realized the eating like a fat slob days are over with. There's no way to pile food in like how we did to get overweight. It's a amazing tool I feel very lucky to have.
  4. Cold cuts are processed so technically they're bad but if your sleeve has no problem with them lo fat turkey off the bone is the one I've been going with and my sleeve has handled it well. I think it's a good snack cause it's high protein low carbs.
