Out of the group before us, some a few weeks after and ourselves, there are ten of us who seriously regret having had our surgeries. My neighbour had a bypass a few years ago and she also regrets having done it. I am six months out now so people will have to accept that this is not "buyer's remorse", simply a statement of fact. Talked to my nut today and she told me since I've been doing good on what I've been trying I can venture out and try some solids to see how I do before next week since I turn 6 weeks post op day before thanksgiving. Anyways I'm needing help on what I should try out. It's hard trying not to run back to bread cuz I basically ate that with everything before surgery but I'm not trying to hurt myself.   22. Why wouldn't you tell your husband? He's suppose to be the one person you can tell anything to and feel confident in doing so. I tell my husband everything he is my biggest support he helps me weigh in, exercise correctly, measures me, and helps me with just about everything and gets as excited as I do when I hit a goal or whatever it may be.
