GAS!

I had my surgery November 7th and I'm having some trouble with trapped gas. It's causing my chest and shoulders to hurt. But nothing seems to come out. I have been trying gas x strips... but not helping. Any suggestions??

2 days post op I felt just like you! It should be getting better tomorrow. I walked and walked and walked. Take medium sized steps and land on your front foot a bit harder than usual.
