Cottage cheese is one of the few foods that gross me out.

Wow maybe it is a surgery thing i have checked my suger levels and they have been fine. This morning it did not fully happen to me like in the passed but i still felt cold so i revert back to an old habit presurgery i tucked my hands under my shirt to my belly to try to warm up and usually i can but this time it felt different. I placed my hands on my belly and only felt cold. I moved my hands around but it all felt cold. I slid my hands between my thighs (no judgement please) and that area was warm go figure. I will see the surgeon on the 22nd so ill ask about it if he gives me a straight answer, since he has a dry sence of humor, i will let yall know.

In my case yes very normal keep walking and if they allow it gas x strips. You will start feeling the air bubbles start moving.

Do you like dancing? I used to bellydance and loved it, and there are some great bellydance workout videos. Think outside the box... are there any sports you like? Keep trying different things. If you have Amazon Prime, there are a lot of exercise videos you can stream included.

Oh the brain is the strongest muscle we have... It can destroy your goals or fuel them. But YES this journey is as much mental as it's physical.
You are in a mourning stage. It WILL be better... YOUR brain is just realizing the change in lifestyle is serious now.
Keep busy write Christmas cards write a journal... But don't sabotage yourself... Its only hurting you!!you can do this. This is what you have prepared for.
The 3rd day after my surgery my dear brother decided to throw a family Barbecue because several of my loved ones wanted to visit me in the hospital and as custom we Celebrate we eat we cry we eat we lose a loved one we eat so he planned a Mexican Carne Asada... I was so upset... I cried as I poured my broth. I couldn't be outside of my room the smell of the meat on the grill was too much to handle. I asked my mom...why did he do that?? I asked for strength and joined my company outside... As everyone was eating their food I was sipping on bland chicken broth...2 ounces.

As with the abdominal gas. I always imagine the surgeon could help us out a bit by puttting in large "straws" in our laproscopic incisions and squeeze us like a bagpipe after the surgery. LOL. The pain will go away, but I still feel for you!

Okay fellow dsers and weight loss surgery friends its my turn up at bat. Five more hours and i start my new life. Feeling a little anxious not about surgery but the after lol.

So we removed the pain ball and that went really smoothly the tape being so stuck to the skin was the hardest part. However once the tape was gone the binder that has been keeping me all nice and tight keeps sliding up and down so i put a tank top on then the binder seems to help but my skin is really irritated. So here is tmi if you want to stop reading. I urinate daily and have bm's every other day they are loose and gassy. Today though i had a normal bm. That made me happy lol. It's funny how life works. I can't remember if i already mentioned the spotting but that is still happening the nurses in hospital said it is very common with female patients.
Now working on creative ways to make it to 80 grams of Protein and getting in my eight cups. I got close yesterday but still working on it with out hurting my self. Anyways that is my update for those that are interested. Oh and pain is quite a bit better i am now able to shift in bed and give my back a break.

Same thing here had to put a pillow on my side and it helped a bunch however still having issues i think ill also try the pillow at the knees. However its getting a little easier to shift laying down that is good.
