Can't sleep 4 days post op

I am a side sleeper and with my back problems, sleeping on my back sucks.

But since surgery its sooo painful to even attempt to sleep on my side which means no sleep.

Any suggestions on how I can sleep on my side?

  • Same thing here had to put a pillow on my side and it helped a bunch however still having issues i think ill also try the pillow at the knees. However its getting a little easier to shift laying down

  • I can only sleep on my side also due to back problems. Put a pillow between your knees and a pillow at your back. The same way they recommend pregnant women sleep. It helps a lot.

Good suggestions Odie.. You can also put a thin pillow under your stomach on the side u sleep..I'm a side sleeper too n it relieved my pressure of everything shifting that way..good luck !

Try a body pillow. It was a life saver for me.
