Congratulations, Kat! Take it one day at a time. I just finished my first day back the university in the classroom following my RNY last Monday. Can't wait to meet up with the bariatric team on Friday to check my progress and add a bit more variety to my menu I ordered a fitness watch to keep track of my walking and remind me when it is time to do whatever I need to do. So, I had my surgery yesterday!! Super sore
On my left side which is normal. I walked some yesterday afternoon, down the hallway last night and then some today!
Overall, not a terrible experience.
