Happy Almost Christmas Wednesday Weigh-In!!
Big applause to all for checking in and being so mindful. Personally, I find the holidays very TOUGH to stay on target. I am 141 today, up 2 lbs. Running a lot but also not paying enough attention to logging meals.

I am doing OK, pretty much maintaining which was my goal. Christmas was full of temptation, and, not much time for exercise. I had a beautiful, small plate of healthy Christmas yumminess ( 3 oz prime rib, a little salad and a bite of potato) and for some reason got horribly, terribly nauseous. Never happens to me but it did.
Getting close to the end of the challenge. Way to go everyone!!!!

I wish I'd seen this challenge earlier so I could've joined in. I was at 250.6 on 11/15 and I'm at 231.0 today.

Wednesday 27th Dec already here in Australia.
My scales registered me at 144.8 kilograms before lunchtime.
For the folks on the other side of the Pacific Pond, that's 319.23 pounds ... not as good as I'd hoped but I held off almost all seasonal indulgences.

I think I'll make my goal!!

Although I've been bad at updating weekly, I've been so busy!

Weight today was 299! I'm finally out of the 300's for the first time in almost 5 years!

I wish I could use yesterday weight. I think the past couple days I had to many carbs with salt. This is just a good reminder to be careful with the carbs. I think I have been getting too comfortable with eating. I also have been fighting the urge to eat Cookies. I actually went into a store to get a cookie but I pulled myself together and left without it.

Todays Weight:
222 lbs

Goal is 212 lbs for this challenge

Just realized that I reached the goal I set of 195 last Wednesday.
Today my weigh-in is 194 lbs.

It's been Wednesday 27th December for 11.5 hours in eastern Australia.
