  1. LBT Official Cookbook?

    Hi there, I am new to the web site just came across the blog on the cook book. had a support group meeting last nite and I think a cookbook would be great. Surgery was in August 28, 2007 and weight loss to date is 69 pounds. more ideas for food would be great I struggle somethimes with different things to make. Thanks, Dream Big
