Hello! I'm from Dallas and am in the final stages of gastric sleeve preparation...waiting on an appointment in October to set my surgery date. I'm just now discovering the online support systems for Bariatric patients! Any words of advice on dealing with the frustrations of waiting? I'm just excited to get this journey going! I totally understand! I just got my approval letter from insurance last week, and it was like Christmas!! Waiting is difficult when you're ready. I still have to wait until 10/11 for an appointment to set the surgery date. It's definitely a study on patience and perseverance! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
