There is a Vitamin called bariatric advantage and it is a chewable. You take it 2 times a day and it has all the Vitamins you need except Calcium. So you don't have to take a bunch of pills to get the different vitamins required because they are all in there. So easy. Just 2 vitamins during the day and 1 calcium at night. I had that issue and I had a hematoma (blood pocket) in my abdoman. They inserted a tube through my belly and drained it an have had no issues. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
