  2. There is a Vitamin called bariatric advantage and it is a chewable. You take it 2 times a day and it has all the Vitamins you need except Calcium. So you don't have to take a bunch of pills to get the different vitamins required because they are all in there. So easy. Just 2 vitamins during the day and 1 calcium at night.
