  1. No but I sure wish they did the first night! By day 3 I wasn't taking anything
  2. Hmm. I should've thought of that. Spent a small fortune on Protein
  3. Oh wow, what's reverse endo? I hope they figure something out for you soon! It's endometriosis that has spread to different portions of your body. Mine is in my bowels. Most doctors had just said it was IBS but none of the treatments helped me. After 20 years of test and test and doctors. I moved and went to a new OBGYN and we just randomly started talking and sure enough she knew what it was. It was so such a relief to finally have a doctor listen to me and give me answers. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Oh, ok. I have that too, never heard it called that. Mine has spread to ureter and bladder. It sucks
  4. I totally said that backward. Goal is 185. Need to lose 125. 55 of the way there!
  5. My goal is 185 pounds lost. I'm tall, I know that can make a difference. I haven't really set a time but 18 months sounds good.
  6. I had chick fil a the day before I went on liquids. Which of course I can eat now, grilled chicken and such. Other than that, I didn't really have a food funeral or last meal.
  7. I'd also like to know, but I'm betting the answer is different for everyone [emoji53]

Oh that's even better. A lot of doctors do liquid only, that's what I had. You'll make it through!
  11. I have no problem wearing it except like at religious places etc. . Kat..???????????????????????????????????? Wish I had the gonads you do sister. Rock on with your bad@$$ self. Excellent job with the weight loss. You look great!
  12. The energy I'm getting. I can cook dinner every night, and not be exhausted. I can take my dogs on long walks. My plantar fasciitis is so much better. Our house has never been so clean! I used to only have energy for work, I'm a bit of a perfectionist so they got 110% of me. Left nothing for home. That's all changed now!!!!
  13. I'm only doing the 6month diet.. Do they have a reset for that?! Haha #WouldLove2KnowOh haha! Sure, you can do a mental reset
  14. 8-10. I'm 5'10 though, so I think that makes a difference. If I settled at a 10 I'd be thrilled. That's where my normal BMI would put me.
  15. Congrats, and I love your f*ck cancer shirt! I'm not brave enough to wear one, but cancer sucks.
  16. Exactly what @@Babbs said. You're down over 70 pounds! That's fantastic! Just stay the course.

Not sure if this is on your plan, but I got cucumber, celery, and jello as "freebies" - I could have 2 a day. Me and cucumbers were very good friends. Does your plan have something similar?

Woot Woot! I've lost 55 pounds but only 1 pant size. It's my favorite NSV.
