Just curious to see if there are any people who have had bariatric surgery that work nights and if so what is their schedule like? I work night shift from 8pm to 4am so I'm just trying to get some ideas from other people who have had surgery that also work 3rd shift. Like when u eat, take your Vitamins, workout, walk, etc

I'm stuck at the same weight. It's always only a 5 lb difference. It's been like this for a week now. Any suggestions? I'm only 3 weeks out of surgery so I just started eating fish and stuff like that yesterday but my weight hasn't moved. I'm walking like they said to do. Trying not to get discouraged. Is this normal? I feel pretty good all the time and doing what I am told to be doing but i have this sharp shooting pain in my abdominal area when I get up from sitting or turn the wrong way or bend over.
