I eat 1300-1500 calories per day and I lose in average 1-2 Lbs. per week. I am happy with the results. I'm also working out twice per week for one hour each.

I'm now over 6 months out and eating 1500-1600 calories per day and still losing. I do 35 mins a day of circuit training DVD (I'm on day 47 of Jillian Michaels' 90-Day Body Revolution). Great muscle definition and energy. More food, more Water, more exercise is my advice.

I didn't really make any conscious changes but looking at my food log, it looks like I was a bit stricter on my carb intake and was experimenting a bit more with food--my boyfriend started doing the ketogenic diet and he was getting more on track with his eating when my stall broke so I guess that influenced my eating as well? We were trying a ton of recipes from the low-cal ketogenic community. Good luck & thanks! Congrats to you as well!

Those numbers don't add up. So 130g x 4 calories per gram is 520 calories, leaving 80 calories worth of fat so you don't have more than 10g of fat per day? (Fat has 9 calories per gram).
Please clarify.

Exercise is my nemesis...Every morning I get up and say "I'm gonna do one of my workouts today" and here I sit at 1pm in the afternoon going "where did my morning go?" lol

I'm 5 months out and eating 1200-1300 calories per day. It is important to get up to a healthy level of food and nutrition. Otherwise the body clings to every bit of fat for your survival, and lowers your metabolism too. You so don't want that. More food (especially Protein and vegetables), more Water (try for 100 oz), more exercise.

I am ten months out and eat about 1200 calories a day--/ I have been at 151-154 for a few months. I think you def need more calories?? I am no expert though- I have not been doing Protein first so I need to change that for sure

I am 8 months and was only getting 100 to 300 calories a day. My PA almost put me on a feeding tube! You definitely need to increase your caloric intake. My NUT told me at least 900 to 1000 calories a day. It should help you. Try eating nuts throughout the day. That's what has helped me. I still can't eat very much. But the nuts definitely help up the calories.

Thank you! Luckily my skin isn't as saggy as it could have ended up being but this is definitely a flattering photo in that regard haha. My upper thighs and around my belly button have little skin aprons from the weight loss. I don't exercise nearly as much as I should--probably 1-2x per week--and a standard day for me is probably about 75-95g protein, 50-60g fat, 10-20g carb. I only have a shake if I'm under 75g protein, but usually it comes from food, lots of meat in my diet. I just came out of a 2 month long stall, I thought I had just completely stopped losing weight but then had a whoosh of weight loss this week. How's your Water intake? Increasing water was the only real difference I made when my stall broke, not sure if it's coincidence or not. Best of luck and no need to be sorry for the questions, I'm happy to answer anything I can -

I am also eight months, and I was noticing a very slow losing/stall. I was eating about 700 calories. I talked to my surgeon last month about adding in another meal because I am on a one shake and three meals with no Snacks plan. He agreed that my nutrition stats were good but I needed more calories. I am now eating about 800-900 and losing more. I am trying to increase my calories but not the carbs and it is working for me.

600 calories seems far too low. How are you able to get that much Protein in with so few calories? I hit a stall at 8 months as well and increased calories (I eat 1300 a day, average) and really focused on Water intake. I was able to get over the stall but it took a few weeks. Good luck!
