  1. thanks so much. good advice, i'll try it.
  2. my band has a mind of it's own. i usually skip breakfast, or eat late in the morning. lunch stays down fine most of the time, dinner frequently is a problem. doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to how the band acts..... any suggestions? this has been going on for months
  3. i'm staying on plan today because 55 pounds lost is just a drop in the bucket !
  4. had it before surgery, went away for months after surgery, back after my last fill 2 months ago....bummer
  5. i'm new to the forum. lost 52 pounds so far, 100 to go!
  6. i know almost immediatley that the pb is going to happen. rather thatn deal with the pain i'll go in the bathroom, take a couple gulps of water and let the stuff come back up. immediate pain relief.
