  1. All I can say is, stick with it for a week and it won't be that big of a deal. It is amazing how quickly your body adapts.

    The first workout just about scared me away as well . . . my heart rate was up way high and I started questioning my sanity in choosing to run. It is so worth it and you get in shape quickly this way. It gets sooo much easier.
