  4. I mix my Proteins. I will do a Weight Watcher vanilla powdered smoothie with a wonder slim chocolate, add a few slices banana and some powdered PB2, blend and oh so good Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  7. BariatricChoice website has some good fruit concentrate that is really good and a change from the shakes. Premier is good but so are the ones from GNC. There is another Proteinex that is good.   10. I had my surgery on 9/13. I am on week 3 of 5 of full liquid Protein. I eat a lot of yogurt and don't mind the shakes. I can't have any food until after week 5. So far I'm doing ok. Going to gym a few times a week . Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  14. Go to BariatricChoice website. They have Protein straw/ banana Gelatin that is good. Also some protein concentrate that I mix with Water and sometimes add in Gatorade to change the taste up. No powdery after taste. Syntrax is good also. Proteinex is a liquid you can drink straight from bottle but it is too sweet for me so I mix with water. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  19. BariatricChoice.com has some Protein concentrate pouches that are really good. Several varieties and they go down like flavored Water.   21. BariatricChoice.com sells some really good Protein shakes + a strawberry banana Gelatin that has 15 grams of protein. I also get the concentrate drinks pouches to add to my Water at 15 grams of protein. I needed variety and I do have it.   22. You had major surgery and sleep is your bodies way of healing itself. Add to that the low calories and it will take weeks to feel really right again. I take 2 Vitamins and I take one at different times of the day. I'm going to move to Flintstone vitamins +Iron after I finish all my freebies. If that doesn't help then I'll adjust.
