Thank you everyone. I just decided to get the sugar free popsicles for right now and i am very pleased with it. I will hold off a while with the ice cream. Thank you for all of your suggestions

I'm new to BP, hey y'all! I can't sleep I'm so excited about my pre op appointment tomorrow. I've done everything required for the past 6 months and finally it's approved. I got my questions and my money. Now if I could just get some shut eye...LoL. Have a great week everyone!

I've decided I'm never going to miss a "Transformation Tuesday" again. it keeps me focused on what i'm doing, what i'm trying to accomplish and reminds me where i came from. im still a work in progress but everyday i get closer.

I went for my 1st consult 7/1/16 for gastric sleeve surgery, blood work 7/7, sleep study 7/10, PCP on 7/12 to get clearance, psychological evaluation 7/13, second sleep study 7/26 (yep, sleep apnea)30 day visit with surgeon 8/11... Insurance approved it medically necessary and my surgery is set for Sept. 19... In 12 days! Gosh that happened quickly. I'm so nervous , yet I'm equally as excited . I feel like my head is spinning. Good thing is, my husband happens to be on vacation that week! Clear Liquids the day before surgery is my prep. Although starting Monday the 12th, pre-op day, I'll watch what I eat and stop rice, breads, pastas, ... I need to be pinched, is this REAL? Oh, I've met my deductible this year, insurance will be at 100%... REALLY?!! SMH, Pinch me again!
