  1. Thanks ladies, I'm feeling better. I saw my baby heartbeat and all my fears went away! I'll be 8 weeks on Tuesday. Due 10/10. My doctors and dietician are going to help me have a successful pregnancy and I trust God; so I'll be fine! Thanks for the support.
  2. I'm 4 months post op, pregnant and I'm freaking out. My BC FAILED! I'm afraid to tell my husband. Somebody help me out here...what do I do next? Will we be ok? J. King

  9. Yay you are 9 days post op like me! You should be on soft foods, every Drs. guidelines are different I see. I'm on soft foods and I'm tolerating moist chicken and veggies. When I was on full liquids I had mash potatoes too. You're fine. J. King
  10. Yes that's fine, I ate it everyday my first week. J. King
  11. I was sleeved on the 4th, I started soft foods yesterday. I was on full liquid not clear liquids for week one. I could have have juice on my plan. The rule is it should be sugar free and no pulp. I don't know if they make orange juice like that but I think its fine if fits those rules. J. King
  12. Yes first things first...adopt a healthy eating lifestyle so cookies/cakes shouldn't be on the radar until after you have met your goals. An occasional cookie ever now and then will probably not hurt you once you are able to tolerate food again in the future with either surgery but try not to focus on it. Go with the plan. J. King
  13. Also have someone pat you on the back like a baby but a little harder than usual. That really helped me, I burped everytime!! J. King
  14. You will be fine, the baby will change your appetite. Work closely with your doctors! J. King
  15. I was sleeved on 11/4..so I'm right here with you. Try sugar free orange(my fav) popsicles, perhaps an alternative to ice cream. I also added yogurt to my Protein shake. J. King
  16. I'm new to BP, hey y'all! I can't sleep I'm so excited about my pre op appointment tomorrow. I've done everything required for the past 6 months and finally it's approved. I got my questions and my money. Now if I could just get some shut eye...LoL. Have a great week everyone! J. King
