Hi everybody, I was sleeved on September 9TH and I have lost 26 lbs so far. This week it's been very slow I only lost 3 lbs. I don't know if it's because I'm not drinking that much, it's very hard to eat every 2 hours, so I'm afraid i'm not getting enough protein. Also for the past 3 days I've been getting what I think is restless leg syndrome and is making it really hard to sleep, is anybody getting that? -

Going for my sleeve surgery next week in Colombia, any advice for the post op? I'm afraid of vomiting and gas pains, any suggestions to prevent or deal with that? -

Thank you very much for all your replies, I'am now 3 days post surgery. Surgery day and the next day were hellish, but I feel much better today (day 3), I have pain on my left side but the doctor said it was normal, I'm very swollen and sore and my clothes fit very tight, does anybody know how long this will last? When would i start being weight loss results?
