    Indian?

Hello I'm from Pakistan Two more days and i will be 1 month out of surgery Well my doctor suggested me to try minced chicken mutton and lentils and Beans but very soft after I complete a month To be honest i miss desi food a lot I'm someone who loves spicy food and biryani But I'm controlling I would stay away from rice as much as possible and roti/nan Because they will reduce my weight loss. Btw when did you have your surgery? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Same situation here I'm 2 weeks post op and I drink my broth very slowly that it gets to cold and i end up rewarming it Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  7. Well i would suggest to avoid caffeine as much as you can from now because when you will be post op you cannot have any caffeinated drink so definitely you will have more headaches better avoid it from now and get used to it .. And good luck Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Water

Same issues here before surgery i would drink a lot of Water because I'm a thirsty person but Post op it's hard for me to drink even if I'm thirsty i feel blade running down my tummy when I drink water . But I would suggest just try a different brand of water might work or see which temp water suits you best cold or room temp Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
