I've been so down and lost lately my highest weight was 410 and my weight now is 236 I've been in a stall for 9 months now. I've been working out and cut down my intake too. I feel so discourage and afraid. Here's a side by side of my process

Sounds like she is lying to you, him and herself. Either is a liar, cheater or just a user. She is one or more of thise things. She is either using you because she gets her kicks with fantasizing with you knowing full well you are necer going to be more than what you are right now. She will talk to you when she has time and be a catfish type of thing. But in her real world she wants to be married. Why else and how else could she be in a 2yr relationship heading to the altar?
You are not in her life. You are in the life she wants you to be in. She cuts and pastes what she wants you to know or make you believe. You may think you know her very well. But she may have you bamboozled just as much as her soon to be husband.

yes - I'm often asked by my surgeon's office to speak to the pre-op groups. I've lost over 200 lbs and am almost at a normal BMI, so there are always a couple of them who come up to me after class to tell me I've inspired them :-)

I 100% promise you that you are not gaining fat. It is not scientifically possible for you to gain fat on that few calories. To gain a pound of fat, you have to ingest 3500 more calories than you burn. Likely you are retaining Water for some reason. It could be too much sodium. It could be sore muscles. It could be hormonal. You really really really should just stay off the scale in these early weeks. You are going to drive yourself crazy.

I was 36, just two weeks shy of my 37th birthday. I had the sleeve done. Highest weight was 376 in 2011. Surgery weight was 319 in September 2015 and current weight is 185.4 as of this morning.

I think shows like My 600-lb Life perpetuate the myth that people should only be having weight loss surgery if they can't move. I think that's bologna - I tend to be a data-driven person and I like to throw stats out there to reinforce my position, but I'm having a tough time finding any.

I'd just say bless you for thinking so, but the facts prove otherwise and move on.

I sometimes take a look at my old pics and think how did I let that happen. 1st 2 are within 2 months of my surgery last one is today almost 10 months later 171 pounds down.

I'm back, y'all!! Work has been crazy. I'll be 22 months post op on the 20th. Almost to that 2 year mark!

Here's a F2F before and after. I actually have eyes and cheekbones again. I didn't think there was that much of a difference, but I've ran into about 5 people in the last month who had no idea who I was lol

Before July 2015 weight ~240
Surgery date was 1/14/16 @ 225lbs. Current weight bouncing back and forth between 149-150.

8 months post op. From 237 to 155. Height 5'2.

Sleeve four month ago, October 7, 2013 and down over 100 since day of surgery.

heres mine me at my biggest of 425lbs, then a the full body was oct of 2013 and the head shot was new years eve

225 to 140
size 20 to size 6
reached goal weight at 7 mths

8 months out. 154 lbs and finally fit into that little black dress!! So happy I made this life change even though it was difficult, I've never felt better or been healthier in my life!!
