  1. I am so busy at work, that I don't even go to the bathroom all day! I am definitely going to have to work on the drinking. I Have started and done pretty well so far today. (42ozs and its only 230)
  2. My next appt is March 25. It is for the breathing tesy, cardiologist, Nut and psych. Then I guess I go from there. I have read most positive things about the sleeve. I dont want a bypass, i dont want THAT much done to my intestines. My dr wouldn't even discuss it with me I have over 100 to lose
  3. Since I still have about 3 months until my surgery, I am working on increasing my fluids. I just made up some crystal light, and I'm trying to find a Protein shake that I like.
  4. We can do this. While it IS scary, without it, the future ia SCARIER!
  5. The closer I get, the more scared I get. But the fear of what my future holds if I DON'T GET IT SCARES ME MORE!
  6. I have a question about hydration...I am not being sleeved until June, but I was wondering...HOW am I going to get 64ozs of fluids in AFTER surgery when I hardly drink anywhere near that now??? I drink maybe 24 ozs a day. I am working on it though.
  7. I know this is off the topic of your reply, but I just tried the Firlife low fat milk snd it was good. Is it ok for us to drink the chocolate? (I am trying to learn everything I can before my June sleeve surgery)
  8. Thank you. I did try the new yoplait greek 100, it was ok. I could probably keep eating that, I am just trying different kinds.
  9. I need to learn about all of this stuff. Including protein powders, shakes etc.
  10. Ia that the way to decide? Make sure there ia more protein than sugar? I am still in the early stages, so.I'm trying to learn as much as possible before my June surgery.
  11. Any opinions on Siggis yogurt?
  12. Me too!!! And NO MORE men's t-shirts everyday! No more knit pants, no more shorts and t's over my bathing suit!!!!
  13. I am not telling anyone outside my immediate family, is the bracelet very obvious?
  14. Now I'm not sure what to do....I'll ask at my next appt.
  15. Is that the same for sleeve patients?
  16. I guess MAYBE more so for people that have a bypass more so than a sleeve?
  17. I haven't had my sleeve surgery yet, but this is the first I have ever heard of medical alert bracelets for bariatric surgery. Is it necessary?

  21. It's ok. I understand what you mean. I think in my heart, I KNOW it's probably the best thing to stay at least 1 night to make sure everything is ok. It's just that I have NEVER stayed overnight in the hospital. I guess I'm just worried Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app

  24. I'm hoping to not need the meds. I didn't really take any pain meds except Tylenol when I had other surgeries. I just want to get it over and done!!!! I can't wait to start working on the NEW me!!!! Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
