Help nicotine test
Well I believe it would be the second test then since they told me no nicotine replacement therapy could be used either and advised that second hand smoke has been known to effect the test. I'm pretty sure I'm ok with 19 days to go, I just got panicked when I heard it, as I had just finished a cigarette.

Help nicotine test
He knew I was smoking the last time I saw him and commented that I would have to stop before surgery, but never said when exactly, and I was planning on quitting next week, one week before my pre-op diet, but now I find out I have to pass a nicotine test in 19 days and that if I don't pass it he won't do the surgery

Smoking after surgery

Help nicotine test
My surgeons office just called and told me that my pre-op date is 11/22 that's 19 days away and that I will have a nicotine test, I didn't even know I will have a nicotine test. If I don't smoke again will I be ok for the test? Or am I doomed to have to reschedule this surgery date I waited so long to get?

What do you eat after 8 weeks?
So I finally got my date today and will be sleeved on Nov 21, but as I'm looking through my folder of all my information I'm noticing that there are no guidelines of what to eat after 8 weeks just that I can return to regular food. Suddenly with my approval I am panicked and full of questions in spite of all my research. My program had a few nuts but they teach classes they are not individual nuts for appointments. So now I feel like I don't really know anything, like what should I be eating after 8 weeks, what should my calories be and when should I up them and how much. I feel so lost now, and I thought I was doing so good by preparing myself, any help would be much appreciated.
