    Omg!!!!! I'm 24 I'm 5'2 and 235lbs and I'm having the sleeve done on November 16th!!!!!!! I'm in the exact same boat! I'm ready to get my life under control and finally be healthy and happy in my own body! I'm excited to do it know at the age of 24 because too many people in my family are obese and in failing health and I refuse to go the same way!     Well today I got the call! My insurance approved me and I set my date! November 16 is my date. I literally cried on the phone when she told me. It has been a very long year but it's been worth it. I'm nervous and excited and stressed all at the same time. So ALL words of wisdom/advice/helpful tips are welcomed!     I tell everyone and anyone. I'm so excited for this new journey. I don't care if someone tells me it's not a good idea or that I'm not "fat enough" I am doing this for me and my life but I'm bursting at the seams for everyone to know I'm happy with my decision. I'm hoping to have my date set for the end of October beginning of November.     Hey, I'm new to this site and i just came across your post. My surgery isnt for another three months but I'm starting to get nervous. How are you dealing with it? Has the two week pre-sugery been difficult?
