That is the way to think don't let nothing or nobody stand in ur way I started my program four months ago I'm hoping to have my surgery in October and I'm 270 lbs and a single mom of three and I wanna be able to do more with them. I have fibromyalgia and the weight just in not helping I wanna be able to do more with my kids. I wanna feel like I have energy. So I'm right with you keep up the positive thinking and wish u all the best!!!

I am 12 days post op. I too have felt buyers remorse because I can't eat or drink anything and I have severe nausea. But I know that this change is for the better. This certainly isn't a simple and fast cure all for obesity. I know we will have down days ahead of us, but we can do it. I've seen too many success stories not to think so. I would rather be sick for a month or so and lose the weight than to be sick from obesity the rest of my life. Hang in there, we got this!
