Pain when coughing and sneezing

I did have this pain from the beginning, it just hasn't gotten better. -
I am 5 months post-op and still have pain when I cough or sneeze? I also have pain when getting out of bed. I must say that I have not done a lot of ab work. Did anyone else have pain for this long?
