  3. My burping when I eat or drink to fast is WAY too loud, annoying and long for me to ignore. I bought an RTic for $11 at amazon.
  4. It happens to me too when I eat too fast. It has lasted up to 10-15 minutes. At first when I would drink something cold I would have also hiccups. It has gone away fortunately.
  5. Have you tried walking an additional 10-15 min a day? From what I read it goes a long way.
  6. I have the same problem, I don't like any of the protein shakes I've tried. Would love to hear more options.
  7. Thanks for sharing your story, you're so right. I had my surgery last Thursday and I regretted it the moment I woke up from surgery, the pain was excruciating and I thought I was gonna die.   15. I'm having mine tomorrow. My doctor told me to wait until day 11 to start pureed foods. Try to at least continue your protein shakes.

  20. I feel the same way, my surgery is tomorrow. Then I remember all the positive to it and feel so much better. Try to focus on the positive rather than the negative, that should help.
  21. I had the hardest time drinking all 5 protein drinks I was supposed to have. But during day 4-5 I felt like I was gonna pass out. Good luck!
  22. I had a cold too, I drank plenty of warm fluids (caffeine free chamomile tea and chicken broth) and it went away after 2 days. Good luck!
