Need Help

So I just got home from the hospital. My surgery was yesterday and I felt totally fine in the hospital - barely any pain on my incision (I had a single incision through my belly button) or gas pain.

I've now been home for two hours and my pain is almost unbearable. I have a constant feeling that I need to throw up, my belly button is brutally painful, and my body is so swollen I feel like a balloon. I know I need to walk and sip Water, but walking is almost impossible right now, even though I took my pain medication.

Did this happen to anyone else? Does anyone have any tips for me?

hang in there! They say the second day is the worst. I was in the hospital for two nights and three days, so I wasn't home. I actually felt better when I stopped the pain meds though. Turns out, those were making me sicker than surgery did. I stopped taking them before my second night post op.

Stay strong!!

I hope you feel better soon. I was assured that walking would make me feel better. I'm having mine tomorrow, wish me luck!
