I am July 19 as well! I haven't been given a time yet. Did you have to do the liquid diet? I am on day 10

I am on day 10 of the liquid diet. The first 2 days I found the hardest. Whenever I get hungry or have cravings I just think about how much I need this surgery and how in a few months time I will feel so much better that this time won't really even matter. Have you written a list of why you are doing this? I have, things like sore back, sore knees etc and I refer to it whenever I am struggling. You can do this, just ask for support whenever you need it X

Happy Birthday!!! I am also 11 days pre-op. Today is day 4 of the pre op diet for me and I have finally lost the headache and am starting to fee better. I loved reading your posts

I am on day 4 and it has gotten a lot easier, I still feel really tired and have low energy but the headaches and cravings have all but subsided!
