Sounds like you are doing great!!!! I hope I do half as good..... Haven't been exercising much... Hurt my left shoulder one month before surgery and have a bad right foot and two knee replacements....do two miles a day on the recumbent bike.... I want to swim and do Water exercises.... What do you do for exercise? Hope I'm not being too nosey.... I think it's great that you wear out your grandson.... I was 352 before my pre-op diet and am currently 326.....
