  1. I am so excited I could just burst! This is my first blog ever - but I just had to share my nervousness and my excitement at the same time.

This is going to be such a life changing event - and I cannot wait to feel good on the outside and on the inside!

More news to come soon! Just prepping for my liquids next week and on my low carb diet until Sunday. Sunday is "D" day for my first day of liquid diet. That is the day before my surgery and I am sure I will be fearful of the next day.

I pray that this is a success - and will change my life for the better. I acknowledge that the lap band is just a tool, but one that I can use for the rest of my life!

Best wishes to everyone out there making the decision to get surgery. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I know everyone will look and feel fantastic soon!

    Luv,
