    My gyn said that it's ok to crush valtrex or dissolve them in Water. He also said..if all else fails and I can't swallow them..I can always insert them in another place. (shocked)...He said the body will pick up the medicine and process it just like if we swallow it. My question is this..Is L-Lysine and Valtrex ok for our band? It's not like a NSAID or anything is it?
