    I thought my sleeve would make me like Cardio more. NOT!

      I guess I am weird because I LOVE going to the GYM now. I do an hour of Cardio 3 days a week and 3 days I do 90 minutes. I work out 6 days a week 3 days I also do strength training. My joints don't hurt like they use to and seeing that go down on the scale keeps me going. I feel bad if I don't go to the gym

    Either I am not going poo poo or I can't stop going poo poo....guess I should just be happy I am going lol

      I was that way. Come to find out one of my medications that I was opening the capsules since the pharmacist said it was ok was the culprit

    One week and one day down from surgery and i am about 13 pounds down already. Unbelievable! I cant wait to get my first new outfit and get all dolled up and go out, i need it. Im so glad my horrible relationship ended in January, now i can experience my journey with no negativity or distractions and i can enjoy the new me!

    Headed to ER. Pretty intense left side pain. Doc wants me to get a cat scan to rule out infection /leak.

    Ugh! I don't know why my sleeve hates eggs!!! Every time I eat them, I feel like I need to puke. Which sucks because I really like(d) eggs. :-(

      I can no longer it tuna fish. I really like(d) Tuna and have a bunch but every time I eat it I get sick. I am praying with time I will be able to eat Tuna again.

      My surgery was 4/13/16 I am down 53 pounds. I take Synthroid daily. I lost my Thyroid in 2007 to Cancer. My body is very sensitive to Synthroid , so we struggle to find the best dose for me. It can be done
