I was very upset about the surgery for about a week. I was scared I'd never eat out socially again and that I'd always be in pain. The surgery is a huge shock to your body and more your mind because your life is changing. It's changing in a good way though. I'm going to say not getting enough Water in. I'm at 4 weeks out today and my appt yesterday registered at an 8 pounds weight gain. There is no way partial way I could do that. My surgery is tomorrow morning. The only thing that keeps popping in my head right now is having flabby skin. I'm 245 right now and anticipate an 80 pounds weight loss.
