I was very upset about the surgery for about a week. I was scared I'd never eat out socially again and that I'd always be in pain. The surgery is a huge shock to your body and more your mind because your life is changing. It's changing in a good way though. I'm going to say not getting enough Water in. I'm at 4 weeks out today and my appt yesterday registered at an 8 pounds weight gain. There is no way partial way I could do that.
