I apologize this BS election has definitely brought out THE absolute worst in me. I was going to argue that I did not name call however, I did refer to you as an idiot.. I didn't mean to isolate in that insult you because you weren't the only one expressing your trump support there were a few others and lets just be clear-- that was directed at them as well. In hindsight, It was unnecessary for me to label you guys as idiots and for that I apologize if I offended you. First of all Obama held that office with more class and HONOR than any president in my lifetime. He was probably THE most disrespected president of our time yet he always remained poised, cool, calm and collective and most importantly INTELLIGENT. His temperament was right for the job. He built great relations with other countries and represented AMERICA as best as any president ever will. He did the best he could with what he had to work with. REMEMBER the mess he walked into. I don't know who could've done a better job. With all the resistance he was met with within congress and the senate. THEY stonewalled anything he tried to do of course he couldn't get too much without their cooperation. YET he created health care reform so that every American could have affordable access to health care coverage and being a health care professional I see the impact and the devastation that can occur without health care coverage especially the working poor. Not poor enough for Medicaid but unable to afford any health care coverage. This man initiated the Stimulus plan to help American industries recover and strengthen the economy, He ended the Iraq war and brought our troops home, He ordered the execution of Osama bin laden, and what about Gaddafi? He helped the Egyptians overthrow Mubarak to help give birth to a nation that allows their citizens a right to democracy. I mean I could go on. He revived the american auto industry and believed in them when everyone else wanted to give up on them. COME ON? The housing market is on the rise, Gas prices we haven't seen since early 2000's. ANY and everyone who thinks they might want a job HAS one unemployment is at an all time low, kids have healthy lunch options I mean what the fuck!?!

Tragic Tragic Tragic. I've been crying all day. My boss had to send me home. Now I'm in bed. I get 1 day to grieve the beginning of the end. smh

I was supposed to hit it by 10/1 and just because I wanted it to... ughhhh! I stopped stressing about it and just followed the plan-- took a couple days off from the scale and 4-5 days later.... Onederland. It was a little bittersweet because I wanted it to happen when I wanted it to happen and one it did I kinda said hmph! well its about time lol! Still felt relieved. I guess I won't feel like this again til goal. I've hit the 180's and I don't care as much so... yeah I guess I can just sail on until I get closer to goal. CONGRATULATIONS IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!!!!! We'll be seeing your ONEDERLAND update any minute!!!!!!!!!

It's starting to make me wonder and rethink my goals. My goal was to hit 135. My ideal weight is between 140-145lbs. I wanted to go under to give myself a 10lb range while I adjust to maintenance. Technically I have about 50 lbs to goal . But now I'm thinking a little less. I guess it's not about the number. You have to gauge it and make adjustments along the way.

Honestly I'd like to see more topics (although I'm sure they are there just not in current rotation) about those close to goal or in maintenance... biggest struggles, emotional changes, fears etc.

Omg I know the feeling. Last winter I was burning up all the time!!! I would stand outside on the porch with no shoes on in 9 degree weather snow on the ground and not feel a thing. Now-- I've got blankets on thermal pjs and its still like in the 60's and 70's here in Michigan!

I am feeling better it was just a not so aha moment. @LisaMergs yes LMAO!!! my 12 year old uses that word a lot!!! can you imagine feeling salty? but for some reason that sums it up pretty well. @wlsresources/clothingexchange no... actually I don't love violence in the kitchen-- it kinda scares me. All those knives and sharp corners-- it could get pretty messy! lol!
